Clinical Services consists of a multidisciplinary team comprising AOD clinicians doctors, nurses, pharmacists, psychologists, counselling staff, community development workers and administration staff.
This senior clinical role significantly contributes to the development and delivery of psychosocial/allied health clinical services at Turning Point. You will work alongside medical services, providing quality psychosocial interventions to clients with AOD and/or mental health issues. You will also be responsible for the line management of the nursing team, providing clinical supervision, training and mentoring and may manage various projects.
Our ideal candidate has:
• Division 1/ Division 3 Registration with the Nurses Board of Victoria
• Clinical Supervision expertise
• Extensive relevant clinical experience in AOD and/or Mental Health (at least 5 years would normally be expected to meet this requirement)
• Knowledge and experience in the implementation of a broad range of psychosocial interventions, with an emphasis on evidenced based practice
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, their families, medical colleagues and members of the multidisciplinary team
• A demonstrated ability to provide leadership in a multidisciplinary team setting

The Pharmacy Department at Maroondah Hospital has a full time position available for a suitably qualified Senior Pharmacy Technician who is enthusiastic, responsible and self motivated.
This position will be responsible to assist in the co-ordination and direction of the staff pharmacy technicians and act as a member of the Pharmacy Department Senior Management Team.
Subacute Inpatient Adult Rehabilitation
Ongoing Part Time 68.4 hours per fortnight

A permanent, part-time (0.9EFT) position is currently available for a skilled and enthusiastic speech pathologist to join our sub-acute inpatient rehabilitation team at Wantirna.
The successful applicant will be committed to interdisciplinary rehabilitation, with particular interest and expertise in subacute service delivery for a varied caseload including neurology, geriatric evaluation and management and palliative care.
The ability to work independently, as well as co-operatively within a multidisciplinary team structure, will be required. They will provide high quality, innovative and responsive speech pathology services, assist with service improvement and development, participate in departmental portfolios, working parties and mentoring programs and will be supported and encouraged to pursue professional development and research opportunities.
