Integration is a core service from ICT and therefore as the Integration Specialist in ICT you will be working closely with our senior Integration specialist, other application specialists and project manager in making a difference.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual seeking variety, challenge and CIO development through our leadership program. Applicants will require knowledge of the JCAPS engine and HL7 messaging layer for supporting the Enterprise wide application integration infrastructure.

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you will require:
• A degree in computer science or business related field.
• A working knowledge, analysis and design of an object oriented programming language such as C# or Java.
• Have previous experience of a support or development work in the systems integration space gained through working on projects in complex organisations.
• The ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Understanding of SUN ICAN / JCAPS products or similar integration engine
• A working knowledge of HL7 messaging standards
• Experience in healthcare software systems
• Excellent communication skills - will be engaging business users for requirements gathering and process evaluation
We are looking for the right person to take up the team leader role in the Waverley Continuing Care Team. You will work closely with the other clinicians on the team, and assist in the co-ordination of well-orchestrated community-based care. You will take a leadership role in supporting staff and also some direct care clinical service provision. You will help contribute to the implementation and development of the new Model of Care. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the Eastern Health Adult Mental Health Service Continuing Care leadership

An exciting opportunity exists for a Transcription Support Clerk to join the EH Medical Transcription Service. This newly created position primarily involves the printing and correction of transcribed outpatient letters from a variety of specialties, filing of outpatient correspondence and other general clerical duties associated with providing a timely Transcription Service. The position is based at Maroondah Hospital and may involve travel across EH sites.
The successful applicant will be required to work Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. The number of hours per day can be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants must possess excellent typing skills, knowledge of medical terminology, strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Previous experience with Microsoft Word and Winscribe Digital Dictation System is an advantage.
Previous experience in Health Information Services would also be highly desirable.
